📦 Digital Products

➡️ All items in this shop are digital products only (no physical items will be shipped).

➡️ Files are delivered electronically after purchase and can be downloaded from your account or email confirmation.

🔑 Licensing

➡️ Standard License: You may use our designs for your own personal projects and physical goods up to 100 finished goods (shirt, mugs, stickers, etc.).

➡️ Commercial Use License: Required if you plan to sell over 100 finished goods (shirts, mugs, stickers, etc.) or transfers featuring our designs.

➡️ VA License: If a Virtual Assistant will be using our graphics/kits on your behalf, a VA License is required.

➡️ Digital files cannot be resold, shared, or redistributed in any way.

💳 Payments

➡️ We accept all major credit cards and other secure payment methods offered at checkout.

➡️ Payment must be completed before files are available for download.

🚫 Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

➡️ Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final — we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

➡️ If you experience an issue with your download or file, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

➡️ Cancellations can only 24 hours after a custom request has been placed if project has NOT started. 

📩 Processing & Response Time

➡️ Digital downloads are instant once payment clears.

➡️ For inquiries, please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

➡️ Please look at listing details for TAT time, but in general you can expect up to a 15-business day TAT. While I try to complete everything in a week, my standard processing time for custom projects is up to 15 business days.

✅ Custom Requests

➡️ We’re happy to consider custom logos, graphics, or kits — please use our Contact form to request a quote. Please note, not work will be completed until the quote or invoice is paid.
